Custom itemOOC
An item only your store uses. It isn't on any list, so the Hold won't buy it.
A custom item is one you added yourself rather than picked from your Hold’s list. It works like any other item in your catalogue, but it is unregistered: the Hold won’t buy it from you.
To get it registered, propose it to your Hold from the item’s page. Hold staff can also register it themselves; you are told when they do, and your prices stay as they are.
