Set asideOOC
Stock on a manifest you sent to your Hold. It is still yours and still counted, but it is spoken for until the goods are handed over.
When you send a manifest to your Hold, its goods are set aside: they stay in your stock, but they are spoken for until you hand them over.
- The stock list and each item’s page show how many are set aside and how many are free (held less set aside), with a link to the manifest.
- At the counter, a sale that takes set-aside goods shows a warning with the manifest’s number. The sale still goes through: the app records what happened, it never stops you.
- If you do sell them, withdraw the manifest and correct it (or tell the Hold), so it doesn’t promise goods you no longer have. The manifest page shows lines the books no longer hold enough of.
Your business can call this something else (for example “On a manifest”) under Words.
