The site is this Skaafin install as a whole. It holds several servers, each a world of its own. The site owner and the site staff they choose run the site: they create servers, rename and archive them, and see the security log.
Site staff are not server staff. Creating a server gives them an invite to its head rank for the person who will run it; they don’t become members themselves. Everything inside a server (its Holds, stores, item lists, words, calendar and settings) belongs to that server’s own staff.
Archiving a server closes it to everyone without deleting anything. It can be opened again. The last open server can’t be archived.
