A note about someone in your register that shows at the counter. It never stops a trade.
A warning tells whoever serves someone what to watch for: “haggles hard”, “tried to pay with fake coin”. It shows as a pill when you pick them at the counter, and in full on the Finish sheet. It never blocks a trade; for that, use a ban.
- How serious: a note, a caution or serious. The most serious shows first.
- Ends: leave it empty for a warning that stays, or pick a date for it to lapse.
- Lifting: a warning can be lifted early. Lifted and lapsed warnings stay in the person’s history.
Adding and lifting warnings needs a rank that can issue warnings. The person never sees any of this.
