TradeOOC

A sale or purchase at the counter, with a receipt number. Goods and coin are confirmed separately.

A trade is one sale (a customer buys from you) or purchase (you buy from a customer). Each gets a receipt number: Sale #1, Sale #2, and so on.

Selling and buying

  1. Open Sell (or Buy). Search for items (on a keyboard, ↑ and ↓ then Enter) or tap one you trade often.
  2. Set how many, and the container each line comes from (or goes into). We pick the one with the most stock.
  3. Choose the customer from your known persons, or leave it as a walk-in.
  4. Tap Finish, tick what has happened in game (goods and coin), and save.

Your cart is kept on this device, so you can leave the page and come back to it.

The receipt

An item with no price in the catalogue can still be traded: type its price on the line.

Every trade has a page with its lines, the prices used and who served. Copy for Discord copies it ready to paste. Prices on the receipt never change, even if your catalogue prices do.

Mistakes

Trades are never deleted. Void one from its page with a reason: it stays on record, marked voided. Goods and coin are put back only if you tick them, then or later. You can void your own trades if your rank allows it; voiding anyone’s needs a higher right.

If the server can’t be reached

A trade finished while the server is down is kept on this device and sent when it’s back. A note at the top of every page says how many are waiting.
