Reports to staffOOC
Tell server staff privately about abuse, harassment, metagaming or cheating.
If someone is abusive, harasses you, metagames or cheats, report it to server staff from the account menu (Report a problem to staff), or with Report on a letter or announcement. Reports are out of character.
Say who or what it is about and what happened. When you report a letter or announcement, staff get a copy of its text as it was when you reported it. Tick Only the site owner may read this if the report is about a member of staff.
The person you report is never told, by the app, that they were reported or who reported them. You can follow your reports on Profile → Reports to staff; when staff close one you get a notification with the outcome (no action needed, a warning, content removed, a suspension or ban, or not a matter for the rules). Staff notes stay with staff.
For staff
Ranks with Handle reports from players see the queue under Reports in the server. Mark a report in review, add notes, and close it with an outcome. Enforcement (warnings, bans) still happens on Discord and in game; the app keeps the record.
