Holding without a chargeOOC
A guard may hold someone in the cells for as long as the server allows before charging them. The app warns near the limit and at it.
A guard on duty may hold someone in its cells: a known person from its register, or a description of someone unknown. The clock starts then.
- The limit (out of character). Server staff set how long someone may be held without a charge (an hour to begin with) and how long before it to warn. Whoever held them and the guard’s judges are told once near the limit and once at it.
- Charging. Opening a case on them charges them and stops the clock. Deciding the case ends the detention.
- Releasing. Anyone on duty may let them go; the record stays.
- Serving time. The Cells page also lists who serves a jail sentence here.
