The Skaafin botOOC
A Discord bot that answers price and stock questions, posts to your channels and sends you DMs.
The Skaafin bot lives in your Discord server. It uses the same Discord account you sign in with.
Commands
/priceand/pricelist: what a shop you work at sells and buys for./stock: how many of an item a shop has, and in which containers./date: today’s date in Tamriel, or the lore date of a real day (/date day:2026-12-25)./character: which of your characters the bot acts as. You can also set it on Profile → Notifications./link,/unlinkand/channels: post an organisation’s events to a channel (see connecting a Discord channel).
Find out in character: the bot answers as your chosen character and only shows what that character could see in the app. Answers are private to you (only /date and /help are posted for everyone).
Messages from the bot
- DMs: the notifications you tick under “Discord” on Profile → Notifications. Like a push, a DM shows the character and the title, never the text. Announcements that need acknowledging get a “Read and understood” button.
- Channels: what an organisation linked there. Things someone must act on (an item proposal to review, low stock, a customer ban) can ping a role and some can be answered with buttons, such as accepting a proposal.
- Digests: a daily or weekly digest.
The bot can only send you DMs while you share a Discord server with it.
