Copies and sending documentsOOC
A copy is a new paper. Copied signatures and seals show under a "Copy" stamp. Letters can carry copies or the original.
Copy everything makes a new paper with the same text and heading. Its signatures and seals show faded under a Copy stamp, and its text is fixed.
Copy the text only makes a fresh, unsigned paper you can edit.
Sending by letter
When writing or replying to a letter, tick the papers to send with it. Only papers held by whoever the letter is from are offered: your own for a personal letter, the organisation’s when you write for it.
- By default each recipient gets a copy, and you keep the original.
- Tick Send the originals to hand the paper itself over. It leaves your documents (or the organisation’s).
What arrives lands on the recipient’s new pile until they file it.
