ExileOOC
A Hold casting out a citizen, or barring a trader, for a reason and maybe until a date.
A Hold’s court may exile one of its citizens, or bar a trader that trades there.
- What it does. An exiled character stops being a citizen and can’t choose the Hold again. A barred trader is put out of the Hold and can’t join it again. Nothing in the game is stopped: the app only keeps the record.
- The reason and the law. Each exile says why, and may cite the law it was made under, in the words of the day. Laws change; the record keeps what it said then.
- Until. An exile may end on a date by itself, or last until the court lifts it. Lifting keeps the record, with who lifted it and why.
- Private or proclaimed. An exile stays among the court unless they proclaim it: a notice pinned to the Hold’s public board, for anyone who walks up (and any guard) to read.
- Who. Ranks with “Exile citizens and bar traders” do it; “See the citizen roll and exiles” shows the roll and the list.
