Ranks for new orgsOOC
The ranks a new Hold or store starts with when it is created below this organisation.
When an organisation is created, it starts with a set of ranks. A Hold (or the server) can choose that set for the organisations created below it: the title of the head rank, and the other ranks in their order with their permissions, and titles with who gives them.
The nearest set above a new organisation is used; with none, it gets the usual ranks. The head rank is always locked and holds every permission, whatever it is called. Changing the set never touches organisations that already exist; their own ranks can be changed as usual.
