Entitled to a trialOOC
Nobility: someone a guard doesn't judge on the spot, but sends for trial before the court.
A known person in a guard’s or a court’s register can be marked Entitled to a trial. On most servers that means nobility: they are tried before the court rather than judged by a guard on the spot.
The mark is written by whoever can edit the register. It is what your organisation believes; it is never checked against anyone’s real character.
When a guard opens a case on someone entitled to a trial, the case warns them; the guard can send it for trial before a court.
